Leadership Program

At Destiny Martial Arts Australia®, we are proud to run dedicated programs for our Assistant Instructors and Junior Instructors. These leadership pathways are by invitation only, offered to students who consistently show strong leadership qualities and live by the values of discipline, respect, honour, and integrity.

Through these programs, students develop confidence, communication, and mentoring skills while gaining valuable experience assisting in classes. They play an important role in guiding younger martial artists, encouraging teamwork, and creating a positive, supportive environment within the dojo.

By stepping into these leadership roles, our Assistant Instructors and Junior Assistants not only grow as martial artists but also as role models - preparing them for success both on and off the mats.

How Junior Leaders Help

Junior Leaders play an active role in the dojo by assisting in classes, encouraging younger students, and setting a positive example both on and off the mats.

Their involvement helps create a supportive, friendly, and motivating environment where every student feels welcome and inspired to do their best.

By helping others, Junior Leaders also strengthen their own skills, build self-belief, and learn the value of teamwork and mentorship.
