Our senior instructors, Matt and Vanessa West, are ISKA Australian Champions with over 40 years of combined experience in martial arts. Their expertise spans Traditional Taekwondo, Extreme Martial Arts, Weaponry, Self-Defence, and Fitness, and they are dedicated to sharing their knowledge with students in a way that inspires, challenges, and empowers.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced martial artist, our programs are designed to help you achieve your goals - from improving fitness and flexibility to mastering advanced techniques. We train students from the age of 2 and up, and our timetable runs 5 days a week to give families flexibility and choice.
