Tiny Tots & Me (2-4 years)
Fun, movement-based classes that build balance, coordination, and listening skills in a safe, playful space.
These sessions keep little ones smiling and engaged, and Mum and/or Dad can hop onto the mats to help boost confidence and share the fun!

Preschool (3-5 years)
Confidence-building sessions that introduce discipline, focus, and the basics of martial arts.
Through age-appropriate games and drills, kids learn respect, patience, and self-control while having fun.

Kids Class (5-7 years)
High-energy training that develops strength, coordination, and respect while teaching more refined martial arts techniques.
Each class keeps students active and motivated as they build a strong foundation.

Kids Boxing (7-12 years)
A safe, structured boxing program that teaches correct technique, builds stamina and strength, and develops discipline.
Perfect for kids who enjoy high-energy training with a clear skill focus.

Juniors (8-13 years)
Technique-driven training that sharpens martial arts skills, boosts focus, and builds self-confidence.
Students are encouraged to set goals, improve their form, and work towards higher belts.

Seniors (14+ years)
Advanced martial arts and self-defence training for teens and adults.
Classes focus on technical mastery, physical conditioning, and
personal growth, with opportunities for sparring and competitive preparation.
Specialty Programs

Female Self Defence (12+ years)
Empower yourself with practical self-defence skills for real-life situations.
Taught by instructors with over 20 years’ experience, this program builds confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
Weapons Class - Bo Staff
Learn both traditional and extreme Bo Staff styles in a dynamic, high-energy class with our weapons assistant, Marissa.
This program is a great way to expand your martial arts training and try something exciting.


Tournament Training
For students ready to test their skills on the ISKA Australian tournament circuit, from local to international level.
Tournament training builds confidence, sharpens technique, and gives you the thrill of competition.
Kickboxing (14+ years)
A high-energy program designed to improve fitness, strength, and endurance while teaching effective kickboxing techniques.
Perfect for teens and adults looking for a challenging, engaging way to build skill and stay active.
